We called in Master in Design when we discovered a shower leak in the master bathroom and ordered a complete renovation. The team delivered great quality and we were thrilled with the outcome. Their designers answered every question and accommodated every request. David proactively kept us up to date by sending pictures throughout the project. The attention to detail produced a pristine, brand-new bathroom. I would certainly recommend them to friends for any future projects.
I had hired another company to remodel my home and was left with several issues nobody would fix. Frustrated, I called Master in Design for an estimate on the broken tiles in my main bathroom. The estimate was reasonable, and they were the only company in Los Angeles that guaranteed their work. They removed the damaged tiles, carefully replaced them, and the bathroom now looks fantastic. I wish I had hired them for the original remodel.
I have worked with remodeling contractors before and was never completely satisfied — until Master in Design. From my first call with Shawn I knew this was the right team. The constant communication and progress updates from the crew were a huge difference, and every inspection passed on the first pass. Our kitchen and bathroom now look amazing.
I found Master in Design through HomeAdvisor and gave them a shot after seeing the reviews. I was not experienced with remodeling and a previous attempt had been miserable. Sami took my worries off the table and put his design team to work. The project — wall tile, vanity countertop, new bathtub — was priced fairly, the work quality was top-notch, and it finished right on schedule. I will absolutely use Master in Design again.
