Concept Renderings — Used Before Construction Begins
A library of designer visualizations and concept renderings from our in-house team — interior moodboards, photoreal kitchen and bathroom previews, room-addition layouts, and exterior elevations created during the design phase. We use these renderings to align on materials, finishes, lighting, and proportion before a single permit is pulled, so homeowners can see exactly how a Tarzana kitchen or Encino primary suite will feel once it’s built. Many of the finished projects in our other galleries started here.

Photorealistic design visualizations
Before construction starts, our design team produces photoreal renderings so you can see exactly what your finished space will look like — lighting, finishes, fixture choices and sight-lines — from any angle. Every choice gets locked in on screen before a single wall is opened.
- Full-room renderings at construction scale
- Lighting and material samples in context
- Multiple view angles and time-of-day lighting
- Side-by-side comparison of finish options
Visualization happens during the design phase — typically 2–4 weeks after kickoff — and locks in materials and finishes before fabrication or framing begins. This dramatically reduces change-orders mid-build and gives you the confidence to commit to bold material choices.
Bathroom Visualizations
Pre-construction renderings of master bath and powder-room concepts.
Kitchen Visualizations
Cabinetry, countertop and appliance studies rendered to scale.
Living & General Visualizations
Open-plan, living room and circulation-space design studies.
Room Addition Visualizations
New-build additions rendered against the existing home.
Window & Door Visualizations
Custom glazing, entry and patio-door concepts.
