Designer Visualizations

Concept Renderings — Used Before Construction Begins

Purpose

Client alignment + design exploration before final scope is locked

Aesthetic

Warm luxury — walnut, travertine, brass, plaster, black steel

Phase

Pre-construction concept stage

Process

Hand-curated reference imagery + photoreal renderings

Before a single wall comes down, we develop visual concepts with each client so the finished home matches the picture in their head. These visualizations are not retouched showroom photos — they’re crafted by our design team to express the materials, light, and mood we’re targeting for a specific project.

We use them during the design phase to align with clients on cabinetry tone, stone selection, lighting density, and overall material palette. They aren’t a substitute for the build, but they’re a faithful preview of where we’re going.

What you’re looking at

  • Material studies — wood, stone, plaster, metal combinations
  • Lighting and time-of-day mood explorations
  • Architectural details that show our signature aesthetic
  • Reference for clients to react to and refine before construction
